Goodwerk is a German-English version of ‘good work’, as I work for a committed, human and, in the truest sense of the word, good economy. Based in Northern Germany near Hamburg, I work with local and international client organisations of all sizes.I support my clients in their personal development, in the leadership of their teams or in the (HR) management of their organisations. Leaders turn to me when they want to orientate themselves in a new position, make difficult decisions, expand or change direction. When they feel that their working style or corporate culture has taken them down a path that no longer serves them.The basis of my work is a degree in work and organisational psychology, further training such as in systemic coaching and many years of experience through my professional career in personnel development and transformation management before I became a consultant in 2016. This gives me good access to people, topics and projects. I sense clarity and authenticity, hidden talents and opportunities - but also hidden problems and uncomfortable truths - and help my clients to face them, find solutions and establish them.

The people I work with come from all sectors and company sizes. What they have in common is that they are professionally demanding, want to shape a humane working environment and take responsibility for the positive development of their company and thus the economy.

I love good work and am lucky to have received an excellent education. I was able to enjoy the feeling of acievement early on and have already lived through both burn-out and midlife crisis. This has given me a useful combination of knowledge, experience and humility as a coach. I am in the fortunate position of not working for the sake of success, but for my enjoyment of good work.

And for an idealism that tells me that we humans can do more than what we are currently doing. We can shape an economic world that serves life, people and the planet. That's what I'm working for. At the same time, I take great pleasure in recognising the true potential of people and companies and helping them to live up to it and make a positive difference in the world.I live in Schleswig-Holstein near Hamburg, where I enjoy nature and the sea and indulge my great passion for good books with my specialist bookshop ‘Zum goldenen Hasen’.
